Return Policy

If you have any question about a particular stone selection, please call or email us to make arrangements for additional photos or samples before making a purchase.  We make every effort to ensure your satisfaction with our products prior to your purchase, and ask you to make your choices carefully, especially when a product is made to your specifications of stone & hardware choice.

We therefore discourage returns, and will do so only when pre-arranged through personal communication between our staff and customer.  Returns subject to a 20% restocking fee.
